Return Policy
Return Window: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened perfumes, testers, or products with broken seals cannot be returned.
Proof of Purchase: Valid order ID or invoice required for processing returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or wrong product.
Refund Process: Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
